We are on vacation so I have been enjoying time with my family and also walking around the French Quarters in New Orleans taking in all of the culture! AMAZING!

My angel of a daughters' birthday was today. She turned 3. We had one of the best days on record. We started the day off with cinnamon rolls (enough extra to share with our neighbors!) and ended it with custard! And a whole lot of fun in between. I was sick most of the week, but I did have one good thing happen that week. My wonderful husband was able to stay home from work for two days to help me out. We are so blessed for him to have a job that allows him to do this.

The best part of my week has been getting to hang out with my Godbrother, his wife, and their adorable 19 month old son all in from CO to MI for a family wedding. We went to the farm and zoo with them, so fun but makes me wish they lived closer all the more!
