When we go to an amusement park with our kids we always bring the stroller, even though they are pretty much too big for it, we load it up with snacks to keep them happy and save money. We also try to buy the souveniers at a discount place before we go to the park: happy kids for less money!

I should have great tips for going to amusement parks with kids since I live by Disneyland & Knotts but our older 2 kids are just now getting to the stage where it's super fun to take them so we've only gone a few times to Disneyland. I would say my tips are...
1. Bring bottles of water because you get super thirsty and won't want to have to pay a fortune on water (or juice boxes for kids if it's easier).
2. take as little with you as possible that you wouldn't want to leave in the stroller. You leave your stroller unattended during rides and won't want to carry a ton of stuff onto rides with you. Did that make sense?

Bring:
1. Lots of water &
2. Snacks

They're either always thirsty or hungry. Other than that, their usually fine :)

Can't say I've done amusement parks with kids, since I've got a 1 and 4 year old, but I'd love to see what others do!

Snacks nd bribery that if they behave we can buy a sucker at the gift shop on the way out for them to eat in the car on the ride home.

I enjoy my parks in bits at a time. That's why season passes are the best, you can go do a little in the mornings without the heat and crowds and still come back and play another day!
