While the felt is cute - you could probably just as easily get precut foam hearts from Micheal's and string 'em!
so cute-but i agree on the cutting-maybe you could do bigger and fewer hearts and some ribbon -kind of like the rolled flower necklaces

no ideas but that's cute. It looks like you will be spending hours cutting out tiny hearts. wish i lived closer we could have a tiny heart cutting out party.
