Valentine Subway Art: In Action

Here's my Valentine subway art in action.
I wanted to add this to the post before it posted today,
but you see how well that worked out :)

I added a few pom pom flowers to the frame.
I used I Am Momma's tutorial HERE,
but I only cut my felt 1/2" wide because I wanted them itty bitty.
