It's a Spring Thing: 3 New Salads at Boudin SF Bakery PLUS a Giveaway

Boudin Spring Menu

Spring has come to Boudin SF Bakery and it has brought three new salads to the menu.
I had the opportunity to try the three new salads and meet
Corporate Chef Alan Skversky and they were all innovative and delicious!
You can find out about each of the new salads below,
plus the returning favorite - Lemony Couscous, and enter to win a gift card to try
them for yourself!

The BACON, BLUE and BEETS SALAD was my favorite of the three new
salads. It's a spring mix, with all natural chicken, red onion, roasted golden and
red beets, green beans, applewood smoked bacon, blue cheese, spiced walnuts,
and ranch dressing. The flavors pop and the bacon, blue cheese,
and beets combine perfectly.

The lightest of the three is the MANGO and RED QUINOA SALAD.
Romaine lettuce, arugula, red quinoa, mango, red grapes, red onion, almonds,
goat cheese, and a house-made mango citrus vinaigrette make you wish for summer
and be thankful that spring has sprung!

The FORBIDDEN RICE and CHICKEN SESAME SALAD had the
most unique flavor profile. It combines baby spinach, black rice, all natural
chicken, Granny smith apples, garbanzo beans, pickled red onion, goat cheese,
and house-made sesame dressing.

If you loved the LEMONY COUSCOUS when it was on the menu before,
you'll be so happy to hear that it's back! If you didn't get a chance to try
it last time, then you'll love the combination of spring mix, Israeli Couscous,
feta cheese, garbanzo beans, cucumber, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, roasted
red pepper, red onion, parsley, and creamy lemon dressing.
The lemon and Israeli Couscous just screams SPRING! and is delicious together.

Grace says she wants you to enter the giveaway below so
that you can try all the yummy salads (and maybe a turtle bread)
for yourself!
