Quick Halloween Lunch: Pumpkin Quesadillas

pumpkin quesadilla halloween lunch

We're halfway to Halloween and so to celebrate I'm sharing a cute little
lunchtime idea - the Jack-o-Lantern Quesadilla!
It is such a fun and easy way to jazz up your lunches during the Halloween season.

Grab two tortillas, some shredded cheese and a small knife.
You can cut whatever fun jack-o-lantern face you want into your "pumpkin"
tortilla with the knife.
He can have teeth or no teeth, a square nose or triangle eyes.
It's all up to you and your imagination.

It would be fun to read Five Little Pumpkins or
Where's Baby's Pumpkin and keep the celebration going with a fun
Halloween themed story time.

Since it's such an easy lunch idea, you can let the kids pick their
jack-o-lantern face and with those that are able, let them cut their own face.
This would work with flour or corn tortillas and would be fun
with the colored flat bread wraps that come in orange!
Use your imagination and have fun creating a Halloween lunch together!
